SUBMISSION STEPS

Register for an account if you have not yet done so.

Register for an account via the log in page

  • Select Register
  • Fill out the Create Account, Contact Information, & Shipping Address sections
  • Select Register

Complete the online submission request.

Select a grading service level from the drop down menu.
Click the plus sign (+) to add additional entries for that service level. (You will need to complete a separate request for different grading service levels.)

Grade Prep - $2 per card - If this option is selected, we will wipe the card (if needed) with a microfiber cloth, put in a plastic (penny) sleeve and a (required) semi-ridged protector.

Quick Review - $5 per card - If this option is selected, customer will receive a high-resolution scan of their card and a brief write up. The card will be wiped down with a microfiber cloth, put in a plastic (penny) sleeve and a (required) semi-ridged protector.

Package your cards in the order of your entries and drop off or mail (please consider overnight service with insurance if choosing to mail) to:

Your submission will be processed by Valleywide Sports Cards within 5 business days of receiving your cards.

Once your submission is processed, it will be submitted to PSA in the next shipment. We typically ship to PSA every Monday or Wednesday.

You can track your submission in your account’s Order Tracker section which will be continually updated as statuses change. Please email us for that tracking number and one will be provided to you.

Once the grading has been completed, PSA will send the cards back to Valleywide Sports Cards. It usually takes about 3 business days for the cards to arrive. Once the cards are received, you will be notified of your payment totals via text/email and the card will be made available for pick up.

Please pay promptly.* The following payment options are accepted: Standard Check Out at our store, PayPal Goods and Services (additional fees apply) and/or Apple Pay.

*If payment is not received within 90 days, we will assume abandonment of the submission and take possession. Before such measures would take place, we will exhaust every effort in trying to contact you to settle the bill.
